In Spain quarantine is quite serious, we can only go outside the house for grocery shoping, pharmacy and walking the dog. Going out for a short run is also not an option so I decided to do homeworkouts!
THINGS YOU SHOULD KEEP IN MIND
1) The trainings are designed for me by @CSBSurfCoaching, meaning that you might need a mínimum of physical form before starting.
2) Know your own limits. If something hurts don’t do it. Maybe at the begining do less repetitions until you can slowly follow the rythm without pain.
