THINGS YOU SHOULD KNOW
1) These workouts are designed for me by @CSBSurfCoaching, therefore, it is important that you have a minimum of physical fitness to start, otherwise, you can start the workouts but little by little, doing very few repetitions and self-knowing your own limits.
2) If it hurts, stop. I say this at the beginning of each workout, it is very important that we never encounter the pain. It is one thing for the muscle to be tired and that is why we notice tension, and quite another for the pain of the injuror. We seek to exercise, not injure ourselves.
3) Julia, I don’t get to today’s training, do you save the workouts so you can do them later? Yes, for 24 hours on Instagram and Facebook they are always saved (you can find them here).
