Mujeres al poder en Tarifa

The second weekend I had the opportunity to be the instructor at the first ION Women Camp in Tarifa, an exclusive kitesurf camp for women that brought together fifteen participants from all over Spain and Portugal. It was an unforgettable experience full of learning, fun, and a great atmosphere. And here I come to tell you a little more about how we spent the time, mainly so that you get encouraged to come to the next one 😉

All ages and levels

Women of different ages and levels came together to improve their kitesurfing skills and have a good time among women with professional coaching sessions. Additionally, we enjoyed social media workshops to help enhance their online presence and motivational coaching sessions that strengthened the confidence and mindset of all participants.

The camp started with a round of introductions that made us feel much more united and, above all, despite seeming very different, we shared much more than we imagined.

We did a bit of everything

But the camp was not just about sport: there was also time for fun and camaraderie, with parties and social activities that created a unique atmosphere of support and friendship. Also, our accommodation was a dream, we enjoyed the incredible facilities of DUNAS Tarifa and, honestly, I already can’t wait to go back! The outdoor shower was my favorite part of my bungalow. Tarifa, with its constant wind and spectacular beaches, was the perfect setting for this event that combined sport, personal development, and female community.
