You’re in the right place! From May 8–15, 2027, I’m teaming up with my Hawaiian friend Rebecca Hart (yoga teacher, Pilates instructor and DJ!) and Ecuador Foil for a week at ME Hotel in Montañita, Ecuador, where I stayed last year.
We’ll have yoga, horseback riding, coffee workshops, delicious healthy food, and lots and lots of foiling (tow foil, boogie, foil-assist and prone foil), plus training sessions just for us women and so much more!
A group where you’ll feel safe and supported, with foiling professionals to guide you and other women to cheer you on.
