From May 8\u201315, 2027, I\u2019m teaming up with my Hawaiian friend <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.instagram.com\/rebecca___hart\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Rebecca Hart<\/a><\/strong> (yoga teacher, Pilates instructor and DJ!) and <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.ecuadorfoil.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Ecuador Foil <\/a><\/strong>for a week at <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.montanitaestates.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">ME Hotel<\/a><\/strong> in <b>Monta\u00f1ita<\/b>, Ecuador, where I stayed last year.<br\/>We\u2019ll have yoga, horseback riding, coffee workshops, delicious healthy food, and lots and lots of foiling (tow foil, boogie, foil-assist and prone foil), plus training sessions just for us women and so much more!  <\/p><p>A group where you\u2019ll feel safe and supported, with foiling professionals to guide you and other women to cheer you on. <\/p><p>Send us a message using the pink button below to ask about prices or anything else you\u2019d like to know.
